About Our Poultry - Elgin Park Dexter Cattle Stud & Specialised Poultry Breeders

We have been interested in owning and breeding poultry for quite some time, so have decided to venture into breeding and selling some of our own.

After visiting a number of different breeders and a few poultry auctions we decided to specialise in the following breeds:

 Buff Sussex
 Speckled Sussex
 Coronation Sussex
 Silver Sussex
 Salmon Faverolles
 Silver Laced Wyandottes

The following pages, while still a "work in progress", will be about the above breeds, where we are at with our breeding programs, and what birds we will eventually have available for sale, along with a few photos.
